Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong, better known as Becca in the entertainment industry, is a Ghanaian singer and actor. She first came to public attention when she competed in the annual singing competition Mentor on television channel 3. When she released her debut studio album, Sugar, in 2007, it was met with widespread acclaim throughout the country, earning her five nominations for the 2008 Ghana Music Awards.
Becca was born in the Ghanaian capital of Kumasi. Her vocal participation in both church and school events was extensive, and she was well-known in the community. She attended Wesley Girls High School and then received her bachelor's degree from Croydon College.
The diva is happily married to Oluwatobi Sanni Daniel, a Nigerian entrepreneur and artiste manager, with whom she has two children. The wedding ceremony for the pair took place in Accra in 2018.
