Mzansi Magic is bringing two new shows to television screens and viewers will once again get to see faces of those who continue to give them nothing but the best in the entertainment industry.
Bongile Mantsai is a South African actor known for appearing on Inxeba whereby his character was hated by many. Mantsai became more popular when he joined Scandal. He was loved by many viewers as he gave them a lot to talk about and more reasons to watch the mentioned show through his journey of seeking revenge on his father's death. Bongile who is also a music writer for threatre has now bagged a new role in one of the upcoming shows on Mzansi Magic.
Bongile Mantsai will be playing on Grootboom and Son's along with talented actresses such as Zandile Msutwana. The show is a family drama and Bongile together with other characters will be conveying a message regarding issues that surround families especially after one's passing through the show.
Speaking on Grootbooms and Son's and another show which will replace Nqobile and Abomama on Mzansi Magic, Nomsa Philiso being the Director of Local Entertainment Channels on MNet said, "Our dramas are top viewed on DSTV Compact during their time slots. Bongile Mantsai on Scandal played the character of Mthunzi. He was always a man with plans. If plan A failed, he would definitely come back with plan B. He knew and succeed in appearing through different personalities on the show. When it was time to act like a nice and good man, he did and when it was time to attack, he also did without looking back and impressing the viewers at all times. Bongile will definitely not fail with the new character that he has bagged. Fans better be ready and expect a lot from him.
