One of Mzansi's media personalities who was once fired and almost lost everything is now back to continue creating a name for himself.
DJ Fresh with a real name Thato Sinkwane is a South African producer, DJ and entrepreneur. Thato Sinkwane who hails from Botswana just like Connie Ferguson and the late Shona Ferguson has been in the South African entertainment industry for a long time. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and he is popular known for being on radio stations such as YFM, 5 FM and Metro FM. It has been though on Thato Sinkwane being DJ Fresh as he together with Euphonik were accused of rape and lost their jobs due to those allegations. However DJ Fresh is back, picking up pieces and carrying on with his life.
After being fired by Primedia following allegations that emerged on Twitter that he forced himself on a lady who identified herself as Nampree, DJ Fress is back with a new EP titled Voice Of Hope and it is currently available on all digital platforms.
The allegations turned DJ Fresh's life upside down and left him jobless with a lot of mixed emotions to deal with in going forward following those allegations.
"I've been through so many emotions. At some stage, i was very angry. I was like what have i done to whom that i must go through all of this. At some stage, i felt sorry for her. That what have been through that you think it's okay to do that and not only willing to do that but perpetuate it. I felt a ton of emotions over the last eight or nine months",DJ Fresh said speaking to MacG on his podcast and chill.
Whether guilty or not of anything, it is important for a person to pick themselves up, carry on with life and become a better person with lessons learnt. DJ Fresh deserves to be applauded in making a come back and starting over, rebuilding his life after a lot has happened in his life.
