Mzansi people have been flooding messages on Social media sending condolences to his family ever since they heard the shocking news.
Before Jammie Bartlett joined Rhythm City He was acting on another SABC 3 popular soapie Isidingo as Mikey O'Rily he also nailed his role.
The cause of his passing is not yet known his death was reported by eNCA last night.
A video was shared on Twitter by AK AZUMAKI she captioned it by saying "Jammie Bartlett will always be remembered for his Iconic David Genaro character, one of the best actors we have ever seen in South Africa May his soul rest in peace"
