Cornet portrays Thabo Maputla (Tbose) on the popular soapie Skeem Saam, as you may remember.
Tbose left Temurfloop after marrying Mapitsi because he was offered a nice job in New York.
Despite the fact that Cornet is a highly busy man in real life, he took a break from Skeem Saam to run his insurance firm and film a movie.
Cornet mentioned that he was in a movie on his Instagram page the other day. Love Heist is the title of the film. The film premiered on Showmax yesterday, and based on the trailers, it appears to be a good one.
There hasn't been much mentioned about this film yet, but its performers are quite enthusiastic about it. It's a movie about ladies who steal from guys. Shoki, who plays Celia Makunutu on Skeem Saam, also appears in this film. "A movie," Shoki (Makunutu) wrote on her Instagram account. The best thing to do right now, I believe, is to watch the movie on Showmax and enjoy it."
It's encouraging to watch these actors branch out from their usual roles and take on new challenges. It's also pleasant to see that these celebrities aren't solely in the headlines for public indecency, as we know from Shoki's recent appearances in public locations while dressed inappropriately.
