Things which we might not known about Nkuzi's real life and how he began acting as a career.
Masoja was a mine worker before starting his acting career. He was dismissed from his mining job for been part of a protest and that is why he went back to acting. He began his acting career when he was 9-year-old, he used to act at school and church as well. At 14 years old he went to a drama competition. After finishing school, Masoja went to work in a mining project and due to his participation in a protest, he was dismissed.
The interesting part you would like to know about is that, he was born on the 5th of October 1965. He is a naturally born poet, entertainer and musician. He once performed during 2004 AFCON tournament when Bafana Bafana were playing. He also uses his poetry as a tool for social activism to heal, educate, rehabilitate and entertain people in schools, churches as well as prisons.
He established Lentswe Poetry Projects. He is currently focusing on developing his own television production company that is called Masoja Creations. He then published a collection of poetry titled "The Voice Of The Hope" and he has been involved in numerous theater productions.
He is a father of two daughters and a son. He was raised in Ndebele ang grew up at KwaThema Township Springs, East of Joburg.
