Singer, and dancer Makhadzi believes she was being targeted outside an event she was supposed to perform at. It is said that two gunmen robbed her before they started shooting outside a venue where she was due to perform on Saturday evening.

Her fans did not take that well, and some have suggested that she must get bodyguards as soon as possible, if she doesn't have any as yet. South Africa is a country that has a high crime rate, and nobody is safe. Her fans believe she is a national keypoint, and deserves high state protection services. Some have even went on to say they think police should escort her when she goes to perform at any event.

Some don't believe it is so wrong how we have normalized the reality of a lawless country. Some are wondering who could want to end Makhadzi's life, and what is it that she could gave done to anyone to be robbed and shot at.
