Fans Are Furious About The Kubheka Family's Scandal; Here's Why.
Since the beginning of September, the show has introduced a new family, "The Kubheka's." The family is following the show's release of a number of long-serving actors, such as Brighton Ngoma, who played Quinton Nyathi on the show for over a decade. His departure was unexpected because he had been a part of it for so long.
Mr. Mofokeng, who played Zinzile's husband, Mlu, also left the soap, as did Lusanda Mbane, who played the villainous Boniswa Langa, and Howza Tshepo Mosese, who played Lerumo and was thought to be leaving soon.
The Kubheka's premiered on September 1st, and the lead actors are Fana Mokoena and Slindile Nodangala. Fana Mokoena is best known for portraying Dr. Mandla Sithole in Generations, and he is currently playing a major role alongside Slindile Nodangala.
Since the family's presence on the etv soapie Scandal began, it appears that most viewers are still skeptical of the new transformation brought about by the etv Scandal.
People throw big stones at the soap when they post about the new family "Kubheka" on their social media site. Some have compared the transformation to the alteration made by the SABC 1 Generations in 2010 when the show was renamed Generations The Legacy and new actors were added.
Do you also think that the new family scandal is also making the show boring? And that ever since their appearance, scandal has not been the same again. As a viewer, how do you feel about the new story line and the new characters?
As a viewer, I am not enjoying the current story line, and I do not think that Scandal took the right direction when it comes to what we are watching now.
