The country is actually home to a number of well-known individuals with excellent academic qualifications.
I've selected eight female South Africa's most famous and intellectually bright celebs.
1. Candice Modiselle
At Wits University, the South African actress received her honors degree in drama.
2. Rolene Strauss
Doctor and former Miss South Africa and Miss World. After taking a two-year detour from her studies to prepare for Miss World, she eventually returned to complete her degree.
She received her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from the University of Free State in 2017.
3. Zama Dube
Although Dube already holds a master's degree, she is already considering furthering her education. She registered at UCLA to pursue a PhD.
4. Ntando Kunene
On the list is yet another previous Miss SA. These women demonstrate that a woman is more than just a pretty face.
Kunene holds a degree in curriculum issues with honors, and she is open about her brilliance.
5. K Naomi
The model has achieved a lot in her life, including earning a BA in brand management and construction.
