The 2020 Idols SA winner, Zama Khumalo has said it numerous times that she was very insecure in high school.
People have always bullied her, especially while she was still on Idols, about her voice and her gold teeth. On an Instagram live, she did that she was very insecure about her looks in high school. She even called herself ugly numerous times.
A picture of Zama while she was in high school was posted on Facebook. People who aren’t very fond of Zama continues to insult her and make very vile comments about her looks.
Every single person is bound to have somethings about themselves that they are insecure about. It is completely normal. However, it is completely unfair to bully a person about over and over again. It damages one’s self esteem.
The bullying continued when the Simhlalise Phansi Challenge trended. A Facebook page named IdolsSA 2021-(Season 17), posted an old picture of Zama, where is looked young and cute and posted another picture of her when she was on Idols.
