The River aired its first-ever episode in January 2018 and became an instant hit, it has became one of the biggest telenovelas in the country.
The River is about a ruthless Mine-owner Lindiwe Dikana (played by Sindi Dlathu) who hates poverty with all her heart and would do anything including killing, lying and stealing in order to succeed in the mining Industry.
The telenovela is known for its drama that will leave you at the edge of your seat everytime and ever since it was introduced to our screens it wins numerous awards every year.
When it comes to events like weddings, The River doesn't dissapoint, the producers always bring their A-game. The weddings look like real life weddings and are very memorable.
This week on season 3's final episode, Lindiwe Dikana's nephew Zolani (played by Lawrence Maleka) is getting married to the mother of his child Emma (played by Lunathi Mampofu).
Emma and Zolani met at the beginning of season 3 and dated for a while before things went sour. Emma disappeared and returned a while later pregnant with Zolani's child.
The two have fixed things and have decided to get married, the wedding will air on thursday 4th February at 8pm on 1Magic channel 103.
