Thando Thabethe is a South African tv presenter, actress, brand ambassador and radio. She began her career in the entertainment industry back in 2008 at UJFM before moving to popular radio station YFM in 2011.
She made her acting debut on Sabc1's sitcom My Perfect Family where she played the role of Thando Nkosi. She has starred on a number of local tv shows including Intesexions, Ngempela, Kokwetu and Single Guys.
She is best known for playing the role of Nolwazi Buzo on Sabc1's popular soapie Generations the Legacy from 2014 to 2017. She has also starred on a number of local movies.
For someone who has been in the entertainment industry for this long, people may think getting role for a tv show may be easy, well it is not and Thando Thabethe has shared all about it. She too has to audition and fight for roles like everyone else in the industry.
Thando recently starred on Mzansi Magic's drama series Housekeepers as the lead role, the drama has played for 3 seasons. She recieved so much love and praise on social media for her stellar performance.
She played the role of Linda Ndlovu, who goes into homes as a housekeeper to solve a crime and fight for her loved ones.
The actress shared that she auditioned for the Linda Ndlovu role six times.
