The rapper Wiz Khalifa has moved into a new home in Encino, California, and by all accounts, he appears to have received a good deal on the property. His home is an ultra-modern "smart house," according to reports, and is equipped with a variety of security features in addition to its obvious style and luxury. He is said to have paid approximately $3.4 million for the home, which is an ultra-modern "smart house."
A built-in alarm system, as well as four security cameras mounted outside the house, are among these safety features. After his home was reportedly broken into by thieves last year, it's understandable that Khalifa would place a high value on home security. Hopefully, however, Khalifa will not find himself in need of the mini-elaborate mansion's security system as much as he will be able to enjoy its numerous amenities. The home's handmade nine-foot pivot entrance opens to reveal a floating staircase, which is only the first of several unique features to be discovered inside.
A huge, fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a wine bar with space for up to 100 bottles of wine. There are many fireplaces throughout the property (including one in the master suite), a home theater, and other amenities dispersed across the home's over 6,000 square feet of total living area. Multiple wraparound balconies can be found on the second floor, one of which may be accessed straight from the master bedroom. Also included is an outdoor grilling area with its own kitchen, an in-ground swimming pool (complete with pool house), and an island with a waterfall.
This "one of a kind 2018 ultra-modern smart home just south of Ventura," according to realtor Ben Bacal Estates, is a "2018 ultra-modern smart home."
