The show has captivated a huge audience as it is now many's favourite, Blood & Water is a South African teen crime drama television series developed by Gambit Films for Netflix starring Ama Qamata, Khosi Ngema and Gail Mabalane. Set in Cape Town, the hit series follows a girl who transfers to an elite school when she suspects one of the students may be her sister, who was abducted as a baby.
Even though the series is elevated by many, there are some spoilers within the series that we cannot ignore, for Instance the fact that the actors that are acting as high school kids look nothing like real high school should look like.
This matter was recently brought up on social media and people were left in stitches after someone posted this.👇🏾
A lot if people were left laughing after seeing this post, it makes one even wonder how the audition process works because indeed most of those actors don't look the part of high school kids in my opinion.
I personally think becoming successful in the entertainment industry(modeling, acting, singing, dancing, performing etc.) isn’t about talent alone.
It’s more about connections, people you know, and whether or not you’re attractive that's a different case.
You can have all the talent you want, but if you don’t know the right people who can put you in the spotlight, you’ll never become successful. You need someone, an authority in your industry, to give you a shot.
