Bulelwa Mkutukana, best known by her stage name Zahara, is a South African singer and songwriter. She started singing in her school's choir when she was six years old, and at the age of nine she was told to join the senior choir because of her strong voice. She was born on the 9th of November 1988 in East London, Eastern Cape.
She first blessed us with her popular song called Loliwe in 2011. She continued to release more songs after that year and features more artists. She disappeared for a bit in the music industry and her fans wondered why she hasn't been releasing any songs. It was revealed that she had drinking problems and had a fight with her previous record label.
It seems like Zahara feels a lot better and you can tell from her pictures. She is posting her beautiful pictures on Instagram and serving Msanzi. We hope to see her release songs this year despite the pandemic.
