DaBaby Accused Of Knocking Tooth Out Of Rental Property Owner

The American rapper, DaBaby was sued for allegedly punching the landlord of a rental home in the face. It seems that DaBaby is not afraid of being sued. The MC kinda has a reputation for his angry attitude and often confrontational reaction in tough situations. According to Variety, the landlord of the holiday home Runyan Canyon has filed a lawsuit against the rapper on allegations that the MC beat him during an unauthorized shoot at the home.

Gary claims that DaBaby violated COVID-19 conditions by renting the house. Gary said that only 12 people would be allowed on the property, but claimed that the rapper brought together about 40 people to shoot the video clip. Pagar said he tried to end the situation before he was thrown to the ground. DaBaby allegedly jumped out of his vehicle and chased Gary into the house. Gary said that DaBaby told him not to call the police before punching him in the mouth and pulling out a tooth. "Mr. Kirk seems to think he's a really tough guy," says the suit. "Mr. Kirk is wrong."

The 64-year-old said that DaBaby and its associates took "valuable kitchen utensils" along with Gary's phone that was supposedly tossed back and forth while the accuser was on the floor. Gary also accused DaBaby and his associates of removing the security camera to hide the footage.

In the lawsuit, which also lists Kinsza Virgil, the DaBaby manager, as the defendant, said the lease terms restrict the tenant from using it for commercial purposes.
