Ever wondered where Former Uzalo actress, Zekhethelo, is? Read on to find out

Famously known as Zekhethelo because of her famous former role of South Africa’s number 1 soapie, Uzalo, Nyalleng Thibedi has been missing in action on our screens and a lot of people have been wondering about her whereabouts. Perhaps you also have been wondering where she disappeared to and this article will try to focus much more on where she is and what she is currently doing with her life. 

Born on the 4th of September 1980, Nyalleng is currently 42 years old as of 2022. She was born and bred in Lesotho but because of life endeavours she found herself as a permanent resident of KwaZulu Natal. The famous media personality is a mother to a son whom she is raising alone and nothing is known about the father thus far.

Famously known for her Uzalo role as Zekhethelo, Nyalleng has also participated in other television shows/soapies which include the likes of 4 hours where she played the role of Rose Dlamini, Ashes to Ashes as Mpho Rankoane, Mamello as Naledi and so many more. She has been a very successful actress who delivered what she was required to do faithfully as an actress. 

Nyalleng is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Cape Town and has kept that part of her life on hold whilst she was a full time actress. She has now focused much more on her career as a Chemical Engineer and explained on her social media platforms to her fans that she took acting as a therapeutic hobby and not a lifetime career. She still continues to be a well known and respected media personality as she continues to have paid partnerships and campaigns with big companies here in South Africa as she promotes whatever they are selling. She is also currently an ambassador for Jaguar Land Rover PMB.”Zekhethelo” is alive and kicking. She is still an independent woman and a hard-worker. Her end goal is also still the same; to soar to the top and uplift young women who look up to her and aspire to be like her.
