South African actor and producer Shona Ferguson died from Covid-19 related complications on 30 July, he was 47 years old. The death of Mr Sho left many people in shockwaves and with broken hearts. People were completely stunned after learning about his death hoping that they will be told that it was all a joke. Connie Ferguson described his husband as a fighter and a strong man, she mentioned that even after being diagnosed with Covid 19 he fought until the last day.
People were surprised after Connie's sister revealed that he had been infected by Covid 19 since 26 June, it had been almost a month of battling with Covid. He started getting treatment from home until the symptoms became severe, he was sent to Pinehaven hospital on 3 July. That was his first hospital admission then he became worse. He was moved to high care a week later, then he showed great signs of recovery and he was discharged.
