After her father and her fiance had a fallout on her wedding day with her father ending up falling and hitting her head. Lindiwe stood with her fiance and went ahead with the wedding. Right after her wedding, she and Nhlamulo went to check on her father before going to their honey only to find him nowhere to be seen. He had vanished from the spot they had left him.
Now it seems as if Lindiwe cannot overcome the guilt she is feeling, she thinks her father's body got washed away by the river and is struggling to forgive herself for what she has done.
She came back from their honeymoon and was struggling to go her home as it reminded her of her father. She even gets irritated with whoever mentions her father's name.
Etv Scandal posted on their page that Lindiwe is going through the most and one fan commented on the post that, "Mama's must toughen up she chose this life!". It seems as if even viewers are not feeling sorry for Lindiwe.
Nhlamulo tries to be supportive to Lindiwe and assures her that things will be fine but Lindiwe starts to have nightmares. After constantly unable to sleep, Lindiwe comes up with a quick solution to her problem. On thursday, 30th September teasers reveal that Bheseni is called to perform a ceremony but Lindiwe doesn't reveal her true motives.
