its not a secret that Makhumalo is struggling to have children since the first season of Uthando Nes'sthembu,they have taken us as the viewers to their journey of fertility struggle .Musa Mseleku wants to expand his family and Makhumalo is not helping,as she cant conceive therefore apparently Musa wants to marry Makhumalo 's little sister to bare children for him and Makhmalo, this is cultural correct , however this is extremely hard for Makhumalo as everything seem to go down drain for her.
