The Legacy is a soapie on money, It was about a family at odds with each other. Although people were complaining about the storyline dragging however the channel has revealed that they are pulling the plug on the show because apparently their viewers enjoy more limited series rather than long running telenovelas.
The soapie is Tshedza pictures production and they also released a statement. The second season of the show's shooting will end in February 2022. However viewers of the show will watch the second season until September 2022. The soapie had amazing talented South African actors and actresses. Most people feel our South African soapies are a drag and commended Mnet on pulling the plug on the show.
Although not many people enjoyed it however some were heart broken by the news. People seemed to have enjoyed the first season of the show more than the second season. This show was on the premium subscription probably it should be moved to compact and see how good or bad it will do.
