Opinion|Reasons why Kwaito music is not dead

Kwaito music is one of the South African music that has been popular in the early 90s and the early 2000s, where many artists were sharing their stories about the challenges that they are facing in the townships and how they are living their lives which has given hope to many people.

The rise of amapiano music is the return of Kwaito music because it's also represent the culture that Kwaito music was representing back in the days, we're the music was popular in the township and all artist were sharing their lifestyle about what is going on in the township.

Most artists are from Soweto like the Kwaito artist who were from Zola which is located in Soweto.

Artists like Maphorisa and Kabza De small are true examples that they are holding onto the legacy that was left by people like Dr Mageu.

Music is what unites people and delivers the message to them.
