Carl Niehaus was charged by the National Prosecuting Authority for defying the Covid-19 regulations around July in Kwazulu-Natal .
Carl was arrested for organising big March during the call for Former president Jacob Zuma to be released after he was sentenced to 15 month in prison by the constitutional court .
Carl Niehaus case has however being repeatedly postponed and he said he believes the charges against him are trumped up .
Yesterday the case of Carl Niehaus was postponed to 14 February 2022 , this date is valentines , is the date of lovers . Carl Niehaus said “I have been here for exactly two minutes to simply hear that the magistrate has ruled now that my case is postponed until next year on the 14th of February – Valentine’s Day nogal. I don’t know if the National Prosecuting Authority has the intention to destroy my love life, but I will come with my partner Noli right here to the court. We will face these trumped up charges” Niehaus told his supporters outside court
