Mxolisi Majozi is a South African media personality known for being a musician and an actor. He is popular known from Mzansi television shows such as Soul City, Uzalo, Gold Diggers and others. Majozi on Soul City played the character of Zakes and played different characters in other mentioned shows. Mxolisi was also part of Durban Gen that replaced Rhythm City on e.tv but unfortunately, he is no longer part of the show.
It was alleged that he was fired from Durban Gen and the news have been continuing to circulate on social media. Mxolisi who played the character of a paramedic being MacGyver on the mentioned show has decided to come and tell his side of the story in terms of what happened regarding him leaving Durban Gen.
"I'm a busy man. I recently released a song titled Bambethela with former TKZee member, S'bu Ntshangase. For me to be featured on the song is an honour. I still can't believe that S'bu chose me. It means a lot",Mxolisi said.
"I would sometimes arrive late to work. That inconvenienced everything including the shooting schedule. So instead of creating a bad name for myself and to avoid being accused of not respecting work, i must leave. And i left to focus on my business and music",Mxolisi Majozi added.
It is good that Mxolisi decided to leave the show instead of staying and continuing to mess things up for the show due to late arrivals for shooting. If he has other things to focus on then, it is better that he leaves so that the opportunity of working on the show is opened to those who have no job at all. People should again wait to hear from the horse's mouth instead of circulating rumours on social media that are not true.
