The African Queen has left Zimbabwean citizens with nothing but joy. Thus comes after the Ghanama hitmaker was invited to perform in Zimbabwe, Harare where she killed the performance. What makes Makhadzi stand out from other musicians is that she inspires more of the spirit of African. Her music is rooted in Africa and she is proud of being an African.

Makhadzi is the one who took to her Twitter account and made an announcement about the good news. See an attachment below

There is always controversy that some artists are trying too much to be South African Americans. This has been shown in music videos where these artists went on and flashed the American notes. Why would a man in South African show off the American money when we have our notes in SA?

This is also common in the way South African speak. If you remember well artists like FLVME and Nadia Nakai have demonstrated this behavior of trying to be South African-Americans. Nadia Nakai even dated the American rapper.

Nonetheless, Makhadzi was seen in the visuals where she was enthusiastic while on stage. Makhadzi is known for her energy and according to the video where she was performing it does seem like she gave the Zimbabweans 10 times more of how she performs.

The Zimbabwean entrepreneur and host of the event announced on stage that as the host of the events they are very pleased with her performance and they will multiply her remuneration by 5.

Makhadzi was entitled to get R300 000 but instead, she ended up getting paid R1 500 000.

"So what we want to is that we are multiplying what was on that bill by 5. Give me your banking details and by the time you get to South Africa that amount by 5 will be in your account", the Zimbabwean entrepreneur announced.
