South African television personality, Somizi Mhlongo has poured his heart out in a video that is making rounds on social media about struggles men face and the expectation for them to always be well.
Somizi on his video he started his message by noting the deaths of three famous male celebrities who took their own lives. Namely, Legendary Patrick Shai, American actress and director Regina King's son and Irish singer and songwriter Sinead O'Connor's son and linked the deaths to Cyber bullying.

"I realised this morning that their passing has one thing in common, it is the cause and how. The three of them committed suicide and three of them are me and it reminded me about what I always speak about on terms of one, men really bottling stuff alot about what people go through and we never know." Said Somizi Mhlongo.
