MacGyver Mukwevho released another episode of his show 'Podcast and Chill with MacG', but this one is a bit different to the fun, entertaining one that the audience is used to. This episode was more of a reflecting chapter to the episode that was done Jub Jub.
You will do realise that after the Jub Jub episode, MacG and his show has recieved a negative response from the whole South Africa in regards to supporting gender-based violence. This was after what Jub Jub said about Amanda Du-Pont.
The show recieved negative criticism when Amanda Du-Pont made a 17+ minutes video, revealing what Jub Jub did to her (sexual assaults).
What MacG was asking on his podcast was that,' Singenaphi?'. This is a phrase from Zulu which means 'how are we involved?'. On the podcast MacG went back to Amanda Du-Pont and stated that he sympathizes with her but why is she involving her. MacG made it clear that the show is not ending but still continues.
Chillers( people who consume the show) were supporting what MacG said. A fan stated that they watch the show because the like the content. He requests the show to keep coming and congratulates MacG on it.
It is good to see MacG standing up for himself and his brand. We would to wish him a good luck on more of his episodes.
