This year has been such an emotionally draining year for the country as a whole. COVID-19 has taken many lives and took a toll on our economy. On top of that, South Africa's entertainment industry, specifically the acting industry has been suffering huge losses.

After learning of the passing of Menzi Ngubane, Noxolo Maqashalala, Lindiwe Ndlovu, MacDonald Ndodana Mathunjwa, and Luzuko Nteleko, it is with great sadness to learn that former Muvhango actor, Mutodi Neshehe has passed away.

Mutodi appeared in many TV shows but he was well know for his role as Ndalamo on SABC 2 soapie, Muvhango. The 46-year-old actor's family released a statement to confirm his death and asked for privacy. They haven't revealed the cause of his death yet. The family promised to share more information in due course.

Mutodi was married to Leslee Neshehe, however, they got divorced after about 15 years of knowing each other. The couple had two daughters together. He was almost always spending time with his daughters so this is a huge loss for them.
