The Buthelezi family said his only regret is that he will be unable to attend the installation ceremony of the chancellor of university of Cape Town, Dr precious Moloi-Motsepe , as intended on Friday.
Buthelezi is fully vaccinated from the coronavirus , however he has tested positive because medical practitioners said the vaccines prevent hospitalisation.
The family concluded by saying that as required, Buthelezi has begun self isolating at home for the mandatory period . “ We are grateful to know that he is double vaccinated and will be monitored by a very capable team “ the family said .
