Masasa Mbangeni has left Scandal Etv once again, and this time it is for good. The award-winning actress played a villain by the name of Thembeka Shezi. This is the second time she exists the show, Masasa left Scandal in 2016. Her exist on the telenovela left many South Africans sad. Many took to Twitter and started expressing their sadness - Thembeka and #ScandalEtv were trending on Wednesday evening.
The actress thanked South Africans and confirmed that she was indeed leaving the show.
"Friends she's really gone. Dead, dead! Wont be coming back as a ghost.They didn't teach me how to act a ghost a Wits, let's leave her be now. Let's allow me an opportunity to play other amazing wonderful things or be a mom or be something other than her," she said in a Twitter post."
In the soapie, Thembeka Shezi was killed by Mthunzi Mayiza, after she played him. Are we going to see a new villain on Scandal, let us wait and see!
