Rape Obscene

Does this mean it did not happen? Court case against two well known Celebrities thrown out.

In other news. DJ Fresh and Euphonik have filed a defamation lawsuit demanding R500 000 against Namhla. This comes after the National Prosecuting Authority withdraws the sexual assault case against DJ Fresh and Euphonik for the second time. DJ Fresh and Euphonik also demand a public apology. Namhla years back accused Euphonik and Dj Fresh of allegedly Raping her. However the case was thrown out for the first time. And this is the second time that it was thrown out due to lack of evidence.

It is also possible that they may be intimidating whoever may be having a case against them. Because not only was the case withdrawn once, but this is the second time that the case was withdrawn. Which begs the question, Is someone using the National Prosecuting Authority to pursue their personal agenda against Euphonik and Dj Fresh?

Public's opinion:

Having ur case withdrawn from Court doesn't mean there is no case. It's just that prosecutor didn't have enough tangible evidence to prove them guilty in court. Doesn't mean the rape didn't happen. However why would an individual open a case if they do not have tangible evidence? Women tend to make false accusations but can't back up their allegations.
