Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson is well-known for many things.
The former professional wrestler is now a high-grossing actor, with his films grossing millions at the box office. And The Rock spends a significant portion of his earnings on living a lavish lifestyle.
The Rock has been named the highest-paid actor several times since 2016, and he is currently ranked second on the list for 2021, trailing only Daniel Craig. With a net worth of $400 million, you'd think the former professional wrestler could buy whatever he wanted.
In a new Instagram post, the actor demonstrated that he is all business while flying on a private jet. He posed in a suit, with several papers on the table in front of him. The photograph was taken during a trip to New York for a "very big and exciting XFL ownership & organization meeting."
The actor is known for traveling in style, and in 2016, he praised a Gulfstream G650 as the "fastest private jet in the world." While that is no longer true in 2021, it is still one of the fastest available.
While it is unclear whether Johnson is the proud owner of the fancy plane or simply rents it on occasion, he frequently brings his family along for rides. It obviously isn't cheap, and owning one of these planes can cause up to $65 million to disappear from a bank account. But it's not like he can't afford it.
However, that amount of money gets you to your destination faster than many other planes. It is powered by two Rolls-Royce BR725 engines and has a top speed of Mach 0.925 (1,142 kph) and a long-range cruise speed of Mach 0.85. (904 kph). All of these factors combine to make it a top choice for business travel.
It also has a lot of luxury on the inside, with up to four living areas where you can work, dine, relax, and enjoy yourself. You can sit back and relax on the handcrafted, beige seats, which are all positioned next to one of the sixteen panoramic windows. The plane is advertised as one of the quietest in the industry.
Depending on the configuration of the plane, the Gulfstream 650 can seat up to 19 passengers and sleep 10 people.
Whether he owns it or not, The Rock enjoys the Gulfstream G650 and considers it his go-to jet for business or pleasure. And he looks just as badass as ever.
