Mampho from House of Zwide finally reveals what she does to tone her body into a fit nice shape.

Gaisang Noge’s fans or followers have been asking her of what she does or uses to tone her body into being a fit and beautiful body for months now and she kept on saying she will share her secret soon. After patiently waiting, her followers were well pleased after she revealed on an Instagram story of her daily routine to keeping her body in good shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The House of Zwide actress is one of those people who have joined gym and use gym technics to achieve their body goals. Her body goal is not a complicated one but just to have a flat stomach, toned shoulders, fit legs and thick thighs. She is half way through her goal and her fans are already seeing the results. Gaisang has recently shared videos of herself at one of the most famous gyms in Johannesburg that is mostly attended by celebrities with the likes of Mihlali Ndamase, Mpoomy Ledwaba, Brenden Ledwaba and many more. Knock Out Legends is the name of the gym with Nathaniel as the owner, fitness guru and health enthusiast who aims to meet other health enthusiasts body goals.

As many attend gym but do not stick to the right diet to also help in getting the type of body they want, Gaisang is not like them. Gaisang sticks to a good diet on a daily basis, she shares her favourite homemade shake everyday with avocado, spinach and lettuce which she refers to as “the greens”.
