Simphiwe Nhlangulela who famously known as Simmy is a popular South African artists. Simmy have been a greats Mzansi talents since her breakthrough to music industry back in 2017, hits songs after hit.
Simmy was born on Tugela and last born from her family of four childrens. She is an alumnus of University of KwaZulu-Natal, where she studied Social Sciences.
Simmy started her career by auditioning for SA Idols and SA Has Got Talent but was unsuccessful.
Her music career started in 2017 alongside Sun-El Musician and her single Ubala went to reach certified gold. The album was released on 26th of October 2018 and Mahlalela reached certified platinum.
Simmy have won severals of awards on under her name Record of the Year (Sun-El Musician featuring Simmy and Lelo Kamau - Sonini) and Best Female Vocalist.
