Big Zulu was born and raised in Bergville. He always loved music from a young age. During that time of Maskandi music he had a significant influence on his passion. He did not jump straight into music industry as soon as he can he was first a taxi driver until 2008 he decided to drive into music following his dream.
His real name is Siyabonga Nene. In the music industry he spent six years as an independent artist until he signed with Universal Records after the likes of Ntokozo sithole noticed him. He always uses his language Zulu. He is a hardworking man with passion. He debuted his Big Zulu album in 2018.
Besides his music career he has been an actor on several popular soapies in Mzansi. From a taxi driver to a big in hip scene. Big Zulu has shown and inspired many people that nothing is impossible only with determination. He is a hard worker. He recently share his picture looking handsome.
