CAPE TOWN - The South African Human Rights Commission said the State has made practicing the right to essential schooling mandatory, while neglecting to guarantee all kids can do as such securely and with poise.


The Commission on Tuesday declared designs to make a legitimate move in five regions which actually have schools that utilization pit toilets.


The Provincial Education Departments being referred to are Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Eastern Cape.


The Commission's Deputy Chairperson Fatima Chohan said this will be the biggest body of evidence brought against government since the foundation of the Commission.
