Violence against teachers by learners has increased in our schools. DBE needs to rethink SASA.

The ruling African National Congress has been in power for too long. Even though presidents change, it is still the same ANC of 1994. Nothing really changes, just personnel.

Being in power for so long makes leaders complacent and they start taking the people seriously. Most of the time the party is more focused on divisions with the party instead of leading the nation.

The education policies have not kept up with what is happening in schools. There is still a lot of leniency and freedom on the side of learners.

Many people are now concerned that about the amount of attacks we see on teachers. There was even a petition calling for the return of corporal punishment. Unfortunately some unions do not believe that will solve anything.

NAPTOSA believes that it takes a village to raise a child. The belief we need everyone to get involved and learn to correct learner behaviour. But most learners need the police than pastors.
