Alledldy ,Schooling has been suspended in Qwaqwa. The rivers where learners cross on foot are flooded. This is 28yrs later, a post on social media by a user stated this.
28 years later, we black people haven't build our own private schools but have stokvel billions sitting in banks we don't own, and tenderpreneurs fleecing the state but not delivering the promised infrastructure or delivering substandard bridges and spending looted money on useless things.
ANC has been in charge for 28years, They are way pass their due date. Time for other parties to govern our South Africa. But South Africans will blame the Guptas for their falliers and for not doing their jobs. Rural areas are poorly managed in this country. Welcome to the disfunctional municipality of the ANC.The elections results confirmed they're happy with the ANC government.
