The Phomolong Secondary School teachers are reported to be living in fear after the brutal killing of one of their own on Friday .The Deputy Principal was reportedly gunned down on her way out of school on Friday by three men . The motive for the alleged killing was not made known either as it is not known yet .
The teachers are reportedly fearing for their lives following the fatal shooting of Sithembisile Ngedane . It was reported that there were emotional scenes when the Gauteng Education MEC Mr Panyaza Lesufi paid a visit to the school on Monday .The late Ngedane was described as a hard worker by the Principal of Phomolong Secondary School .Pupils were reportedly left traumatized , while teachers were left searching for answers .Most of the teachers were reported to be fearing for their lives as the motive was not known .Mr Hector Mshwana , the Principal of Phomolong Secondary said that he was still in shock and shattered with what happened .
He described the passing of Sithembisile as a huge loss for the department of education .He described her as someone who could not even kill a fly , hence the devastation as to why she was the target .
He went on and called upon the community members to assist the police with information as they were uncertain on what would happen next if the suspects would not be arrested .When the Principal was asked to highlight how the security was at the school , he said that there were security entities that were supplied by the department .

He went on and said that they had sufficient security but the killing of the deputy principal was the first of its kind .When the Principal was asked if the late deputy had ever mentioned that her life was in danger ,he said that she never mentioned anything like that .
