The department of basic education in South Africa Minister Angie Motshekga to announce Matric Results for the Class of 2020.

The department of basic education in south africa spokes person, Elijah Mhlanga on his Twitter page tagging the department Twitter confirmed that minister will announce the Matric Results for the class of 2020.

This is happening while the country is still expecting the report from Emalusi to know if they will accept the results after cheating.

So many matric 2020 matric learners from Limpopo and Gauteng and other parts of the nation were found cheating after the linked of two papers. Mathematics and physical sciences exam question papers found linked night before exam.

Department of basic education tried to make learners rewrite those two papers but they've lost case in court.

The event will be hosted online on 22 February 2021. It will by live on department facebook, YouTube channel, Television broadcast and radio.

This announcement clearly confirms that Emalusi accepted the results as free and fair.
