A lady whose name is Noncebo Bonelwa has finally completed her Matric at the age of 39 and South Africans have praised her for her bravery and also for making sure that she defeats the narrative that age limits academics.
This lady is said to have dropped out of school in 2005 but however then enrolled back in school in 2021 where she became very focused and knew exactly what she wanted to do.
The young lady picked up from where she had left off and sat in the grade 11 class with almost all learners who were half her age. She also mentioned that she was on a mission to pass and she did.
This is a true inspiration, which a lot of youth in South Africa should draw a lot from because it is not everyone can be able to do what this lady has done and still come out with the certification because others would’ve dropped out again.
