Durban - The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education said a group has been shipped off the group of a student from Nombika High School, under the iLembe District, who ended it all, to lay out the conditions around her passing.


In an explanation on Tuesday, the division said it was disheartened by the fresh insight about the death of a revealed student to have ended her own life.

"The departed was as of late in the news in view of the issue she had with the school in regards to her conventional customs.


"The office mediated regarding this situation and the student was once again at the school being shown like any remaining students," said the articulation.


The division said it had not yet settled what drove the understudy to take the choice to take her own life.

The iLembe District chief has sent a group to her family to lay out the conditions around her inconvenient demise, it said.


"As a Department of Education in KwaZulu-Natal, we might want to send our sympathies to her family, the school and companions and we supplicate God invigorates them during this troublesome period," said MEC Kwazi Mshengu.
