Zimbabwe's Permanent Secretary for Education Tumisang Thabela must resign immediately.

Zimbabwe's Permanent Secretary for Education addresses that her government underpay teachers, they earn US$100 a month.

She says,"number if teachers coming as compared to the number we are expecting are above 70%. Teachers without bus fare to come to work are expected by government to borrow!

She laughed at teachers who can't afford bus-fare to work and that's how things have fallen apart, they just don't care.

The biggest problem is all the other workers are looking on without taking offence from such provocative disrespect. If only all citizens could speak with one voice like aints and refuse to be abused ,we could have the way and force them to do the right thing.

The pain of employing grannies when we have graduates sitting home.

It clearly shows the incompetence of her leader who selected her for the position. It clearly shows how government value or devalue our precious teachers. That's has been the Zanu PF position for many years because they want everyone to be uneducated and gullible.

However, educate them and strengthen their reasoning so that they won't be quick to anger that's what Mugabe implemented but this current president doesn't know the Calibre of youth. He is grooming by denying the proper education.
