He is a guy scammed her R4,5k by promising her space at the University of Limpopo

A lady is crying on Facebook after being named by this man on Facebook. The lady said she was desperate to look for space at the University of Limpopo after being rejected. This guy posted a post claiming that he help students to get space at the University behind closed doors. The lady did fall for the trap and inboxed this man. Well, she is not the first student to be scammed like this on Social Media. After her post lot of students have expressed their feelings and how they have been scammed also before.

She told people that the guy told him that he worked at the University of Limpopo offices. He then told her to deposit the money so that she will secure her space because the list is very long. After she send him the money he started making stories that his team was under investigation. The lady did believe him so she waited for months but the guy didn't get back to her. After 2 months the lady decided to text him to ask about the process but she was blocked. The guy ran away with 4500 that she paid him.

The lady went to Facebook to warn other new students who are still doing matrix to be careful. People are so desperate for money, especially for new students. They will pretend as if they work at the University so that you will be interested. They know that lot of students from high school are looking for places to study at the university and they make them their target. This has happened even over the years and people are always warned about such people but they do not listen.

These people have the power to make you trust them. And they make sure that they don't beg you as you are the one who needs help not them. Painfully the money that they scam these kids is from the parent who is not working. Some even take loans so that their kids can get space. People have been told once again not to trust anyone on Facebook who wants them to send money. Do not send your money to strangers no matter how desperate you are. This applies also to people who are looking for jobs online.

The police can not even help this lady as she has done everything out of her own will. The only thing she can do is to wait for others not to be the next victims. Comment below if you have been the victim before.
