Skeem Saam Friday 21 January 2022: Alfios and Magongwa are holding on by a thin thread

Yesterday’s Episode

In yesterday’s episode of Skeem Saam, we saw Lehasa angry at Khwezi for the first time. He learned how thoughtless she could be by putting his life in danger with Craig. Craig nearly shot the staff at Cafe Rovuwa.

Craig is now under police custody. Peterson is frustrated because Craig isn’t cooperating. He claims he killed Fanie, but Peterson knows better.

Melita takes her findings of Magongwas shoes to the police. Mrs. Phehla can’t believe her eyes when she runs into Dennis in Mr. Maputlas office at the University. Dennis recognizes her but can’t remember from where. We all know from where, though.

Paxton’s reading skills give him some points with his classmates, as the grade 8 learners struggle with theirs. They ask him to help them, and true to Paxtons nature, he wants some compensation for his efforts.

Let’s see what awaits us on tonight’s episode.

It looks like nothing can help Magongwa and Alfio's out of the woods this time. Everything that they have done up to now is coming back and working against them. The evidence grows every day. Melita cannot wait to get her revenge on Magongwa. Alfios cannot hold it together at the University when the police are at his every turn. Alfios must just come clean.

Principal Thobagale realizes that she may have to confront the reading problems her students and the whole school face. Strangely, these kids kept passing grades with such horrible reading skills. Judging from the last episodes, the problem is bigger than initially thought. Paxton might help if they involve him in helping by starting some afterschool program.

Marothi is about ready to execute the literacy program for primary school learners.
