The protest of learners and teachers at the Eastbank High school in Alexandra has gotten to the fourth day today as both the learners and teachers are not given access to the school premises.

The major reason why they are protesting is their demand for a better environment for learning and teaching. The situation of academic activities in the school has deteriorated badly, and the learners and teachers can no longer tolerate it.
