It appears that the developing issue of Xenophobia and Afrophobia is resulting in many consequences In South Africa as the likes of operation are being involved in lots of gun fights with Zimbabwean thugs but now things are getting out of hand as the innocents are dying.
According to Flying News, Phillip ended his life yesterday after he was informed that the home affairs department won’t be renewing his Visa anymore, despite him having a letter of good conduct from the Zimbabwean government.
“Phillip Chuma had been doing his PhD on the transition of newly qualified teachers into their first teaching position in Zimbabwean schools.” This sadly means that it was a job guaranteed for him , and next year he was going to be hired by his government.
The most interesting part is that the exiled former Zimbabwean cabinet minister professor Jonathan Moyo is blaming Mr Motsoaledi for the passing of Phillip Chuma. According to Prof Moyo, Phillip would be alive if Mr Motsoaledi wasn’t Afrophobic and racist towards Zimbabweans.
The passing of this young man is so touching and heartbreaking because he was supposed to be sitting for his exams this year, as the Wits told the press.
