UKZN students slams the decision of closing residences in 30 of November

The university of kwazulu Natal is arguing with the decision made by the university authorities to close the residences on the 30th of November. The newly elected SRC members are willing to fight against that decision. They say the students will still be busy with their academics in december that allows them to remain in their residences and according to their counys the university is suppose to close on the 23rd of december because they opened on April and it is suppose to be open for 10 full months. The chair person of PMB campus syabonga stated that the students should be able to stay in their residences until the 23rd of december after they have received their allowances. He said all the students who will be behind with their academics should report ro the DSRA offices so that there will be a proof and a count of how many students are still in need of being in their residences they paid for.
