Meet Cyril Ramaphosa's rich brother-in-law [See the companies he is linked to]

Money and connections matter in politics especially in South Africa. The heirs to the family's fortunates have offer the years used their connections to boost their chances of becoming prominent figures in the country.

The current incumbent President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa might have came off as a servant for the people but he is very much from one of the most powerful families in South Africa. However, he and his known brother have build their fortunes through their business ventures.

Born and raised in Chiawelo, Soweto, growing up in a four roomed house the Ramaphosa siblings had a decent upbringing. Through their hardwork they were able to change their fortunes around. The head of state continuously headlines every newspaper publication but also his brother, Douglas, is constantly on the media as he is a name to be reckoned with in the corporate world.

From what we were able to learn is that Douglas Ramaphosa has a rich history in educational background as he holds a Master's degree in social science. According to sources we would also have the privilege to learn that he currently has over 30 years in the cooperate world holding various management and board positions.

The prominent business mogul has previously held a number of executive positions in companies such as Eskom Enterprises (SA), Transnet, Absa and Anglo American just to name a few. Douglas Ramaphosa is currently the chairman and founder Mnotho Group, Thusang Global Advisory and Chakula Wote Africa.

Furthermore Douglas Ramaphosa is also a board member at Curro (independent leading school network in South Africa), Stadia, WESSA ( Wildlife and Environmental Society of South Africa). From what we were also able to learn is that he is also a board member at the OR Tambo Leadership School alongside the former President of South Africa Kgalema Montlante.
