As everyone probably knows by now, Johann Rupert is one of the most wealthiest individuals we have in South Africa. According to Bloomberg and Forbes, he's estimated to be worth around a whopping $9.81 Billion.
Johhan made most of his fortunes through making smart investments he made through investment company called Remgro. He has invested in the financial, Healthcare, mining, retail, automotive and banking industry.
Out of all the investments he's made in other companies with Remgro, he managed to make a profit in all of them except for only one, which is KTH.
KTH is also an investment company which has stakes in many companies including the ones below:
So far Rupert hasn't said much about the loss but considering that he's good on the other side of his investments, I'm sure he'll just look on the positive side of things and be greatful that its only one loss.
